i love cowboy movies, from Wyatt Earp to space cowboys i fucking erupt. I was over joyous to see that three cowboy movies were on the horizon during the Summer. to my surprise two of them were directed by asians. hai here’s what i thought, there were a few issues while watching these.

The Good, The Bad, The Weird
This movie was made by a korean director, and to my dismay had no subtitles, fuck the intraweb. To my surprise the movie was set in Manchuria, so chinese, korean, japanese, mongolian were all tossed around in a asian language gymbore. So after watching this movie with a gigantic question mark over my head, i found a translator to sort out a few questions. Even though i could not understand the minute details i still i had a pretty clear idea what was going on. Which means the movie showed me, more then telling me, which in my book is muy bien. This movie paid respect to the spaghetti western The Good The Bad, The Ugly but unlike the old western this movie was filled with comical god like action.
